Digital Designer
We’re looking for a designer with brilliant fundamentals and an appetite for what’s next.
Someone with strong ideas, exceptional digital craft and a genuine curiosity about where design and technology are heading. You’ll work across ambitious digital projects, from websites and interactive experiences to prototypes and ideas that don’t necessarily have a name yet.
We’re particularly interested in designers who actively explore emerging technology. AI, creative coding, new interaction models, 3D, generative tools and whatever comes next. You don’t need to know everything, but you should always want to find out what’s possible.
What we’re looking for
Strong design principles, excellent visual judgement and a high bar for craft, with an eye for typography, composition, art direction and the details that make work feel considered.
A strong understanding of UX and interaction, thinking about how an experience behaves as much as how it looks. Motion, transitions and storytelling are all part of the design.
Conceptually ambitious but hands-on. Comfortable prototyping, experimenting and exploring new ways to bring ideas to life.
Genuinely curious about what’s next. Actively seeking out great work, emerging technology and new creative possibilities, with an interest in how AI, code, 3D, motion and new tools can become part of the creative process.
Collaborative, confident and generous with ideas. Someone who takes initiative, manages their time well, communicates their thinking clearly and is comfortable presenting work as part of a wider team.
Working at Gladeye
The role spans projects from early ideas through to delivery, working closely with designers, developers, strategists and clients. That might mean shaping a creative direction, designing an interactive experience, building a prototype, exploring new technology or working alongside developers to make an ambitious idea real.
